Went in recently pump had gone bad again. Employee ignored me when I tried to ask her a question. Spoke to a manager about the incident, and he was very nice about it. Satisfied with management, but not with that particular employee.

They would not listen and constantly pointed to the sticker on the lid and said if we had a problem to contact Behr itself. Home Depot owns Behr so if they are selling bad quality they should be contacting Behr as it's a product problem, but instead we need to call Behr to get our money back. Not a very good policy and after having such good quality customer service this one incident will make me go somewhere else.
Youre standing next to the weed and insect killers and theyre standing next to the bin of sheet rock remnants. And, you find that theyre so far away that you feel that by the time you got down there to get their attention, they would have already moved on. Likely, to go take their 15 minute break in back. And after 10 minutes of searching you find that there is no one there. By that time, you decide just to go back to the original cluster of four only to find they are now gone. You get down to the other end of the store and you look around for the original four, and theyre nowhere to be found.
